Bactrim And Atrioza
UpdatedTwo weeks back I found out I'm hiv+ with a CD4 count of 28. The doctor put me on arv's immediately taking Atrioza at night (1pill) and 2 bactrim in the morning it's been a week since I started but now my problem I've developed sores in my private parts I went back to her she sad because my CD4 was very law it will settle in soon I should continue, my problem now are my kidneys are very very saw I called the clinic they advised me to take lots of water of which I did but my problems are not over I urinate every 10mins it's just a drop my bladder doesn't keep my urine at all and my vagina is sore and tired feels like it's muscles are dead, every time I urinate I press my vagina just to support it and get less pain please advise I'm desperate
