Back Pain Still

July of 2009, I was in an auto crash and broke my C-3, C-4 in my neck. Today my neck still tends to hurt, but my back is in chronic pain. My docter just prescribed me ULTRAM 50. I have no idea what this might do for me. The last stuff he give me didn't do squat. What is out there for the people that have constent pain?

Ralivia works for me. It is about the only thing that does. It is a 12 hour medication. But, it is not covered under canada health care.
