Is there a difference in the azithromycin formula between Lupin and Pliva tablets? I had to take 3 more tablets and the azithromycin was from 2 different companies; the first 7 days on Lupin, then 3 days more from Pliva which gave me stomach issues.

No, the additional side effects are just most likely due to the additional time of taking it.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
How are you feeling, now? What stomach issues did it cause?
