Azithral 500 Is Safe During Jaundice Or Not

hello I am suffering from jaundice for 23days now I am suffering from throat pain and my doctor suggest me to take azithral 500 is it safe during jaundice though my jaundice was not so severe (bilurubin 1.1 and sgpt 83)
