Azithral 500 Allergies

I have a very bad sore throat and want to take azithral 500 but at same time I have suffered from hives is it advisable for me to take the drug

Azithral is an antibiotic, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

It shouldn't cause a problem with the hives, unless you're allergic to it, but you should only take it, if your doctor has prescribed it for you. Improper use, if you don't have an infection, may lead to your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.
