Azithral 250 Side Effects

i do have a pblm of spontaneous seminal emission dr suggest me to have one tablet for seven days so plz tell me how much effective it would be in such diesease.

I feel heavy stomach immediately after taking any food and feel pressure but little stool is passed. feel painful stomach and gas. I suffer from knee pain and swelling around it. Is norflox tz or azithral 250 which I better for me and how long should I take it. Ornida for 5 did not have much effect.
