Availability Of Verapamil 240 Mg

I have been taking verapamil 240 for a few years. Now I am finding it impossible to get my script filled, I have been told there is a shortage in Australia. When will it be available again?

I don't know about Australia, but here in New York, my mother is having a very difficult time finding it at CVs pharmacy. If they do get it in stock, it is only a few pills at a time. She heard from the insurance company that the price is going up in January Arianna, so she suspects that the manufacturer is deliberately limiting availability so that everyone is forced to pay higher prices soon. Does anyone have more info?
