Auto Immune Biliary Obstruction

I had whipple surgery 4 years ago, thought it was cancer but it was auto-immune obstruction of my bile duct. Have been on azathioprine for 4 years, prednizone for 2 months. Now I will be going on Rituxan as I blocked up again.
This drug sounds scarry, I would like any comments on this condition or drug.

Yes, Rituximab has the potential to cause some serious issues, but the whole reason it was approved by the U.S. FDA was because it showed greater safety than many similar drugs.
