Aspilet Ec 80mg For Ob-gyne Purposes

According to my ultrasound result I have Adenomyosis. My OB-GYNE prescribed me Aspilet EC 80mg once a day for 90days. Is it ok for me to take aspilet ec 80mg for that long period of time? Is it beneficial for me and my condition? I'm worried of the side effects. Thank you.
