I have severy problems to sleep. Can Aspavor play a role in it? How can I solve the problem?

I've been on the following drugs:warfarin,Tritace, Plavix,Norvasc,Lipitor,Ecotrin. 2 Bypasses and 2 stents have blocked completely but collateral circulation has been established. New cardiologist has now reduced drugs to Lipitor, Norvasc and Ecotrin. Does this make sense if the full basket eliminated bypass and stent failure?

I have been taking 10 mg Aspavor every night for the past 4 months. I broke my femur 6 months ago and was on Crestor which I was subsequently taken off. I am experiencing severe back pain - could this be related to the Aspavor?
