methadone 10 mg. generic round pill. What should it look like? Is it 54 on top under 142, on back side has a straight line?

These questions resulted from receipt of an Impression report from a pelvic ultrasound. Right ovary area has a anechoic-appearing fluid collection. Just needed to get more info and clarity.

I have discovered a reddned on one elbow and in the centre is a ver White coloured sore with a top on it. It is very painful to the touch. I cannot rest it on a surface at al. I think I have had it three days and the pain I'd getting worse.

Yes, the tablet marked 54 142 does contain 10mgs of Methadone, a generic for Dolphine, this is a narcotic, used to treat moderate to severe pain and some cases of drug addiction.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation.
