methadone 10 mg. generic round pill. What should it look like? Is it 54 on top under 142, on back side has a straight line?

Had a colonoscpy 7 days ago. I still have pain in my lower left side under the rib. I had a CATSCAN 5 days after the colonoscopy with contrast. There is no damage to the spleen or intestine.
I have history of back lower back pain. So I took prescribe meds for that. It helped a little just like tynenol. Now I began to take Alleve that has helped, now I can lie on my left side. Pain seems to now occur when I walk. The pain is reducing. Should I worry about my kidneys or other organs ie: pancreas? Is the Alleve just covering up the pain?

ct scan readings states there is a 2.9 cm left adenal nodule which measures slightly graetar than 30 HU initially. and 25HU after delay aftrr intravenous contrast administration. the kidneys are clear. can some tell me what that means?
