I'm sorry, but since this is a generic and cheaper by its very nature, there are no manufacturer provided assistance programs available for it.
However, if you look towards your right on this website, there is a link to a free, printable discount card that might help you save money at the pharmacy.
The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Alternatively, you could also ask at your pharmacy to see which ones they accept and which would save you the most.
