is anyone taking this with early demensia due to Parkinson's Disease?

The FDA classifies it as a cognitive enhancing medication that is used to treat dementia, and Alzheimer's. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and weight loss.

Can anyone that's taking it chime in with their experience on it?
