Are The Doxytet Dangerous?

Is it not dangerous for the partner if I use doxytet for skin problem?if we don't. Use a condom?please help

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
