There isn't! That is exactly the purpose of them, even if you try to crush or chew them, they turn into that gunny substance to retain their time released properties, it can only be dissolved by your stomach acid.
They are meant to help prevent abuse and diversion of the medication.
Using this medication in a manner other than that for which it was intended is very dangerous and you run the risk of overdose.
