Are Oxycodone With Imprint 114 Round White The Same As The Blue Ones? (Top voted first)
UpdatedLooking to get information on comparison of the blue oxycodone to the white round ones with 114 impinted on them...
I take the blue oxycodone 30mg tablets, but I got a white pill with 114 on it and it is a 30 mg Oxycodone. Are they fake or what?
EVERY TIME someone gets a different brand they cry that it doesnt work as well as their last brand...Its all mental, i have NEVER once seen someone get a new brand and claim that they were BETTER than their last ones, NEVER! The government regulates how much active drug is in each pill so you will have nearly exactly the same amount of Oxycodone in each pill. Just like the Ms have more binders and fillers than the rest of the pills or the 224s have more than those, its all the same. Also, if you are worried about them metabolizing slower, first off the 114s actually metabolize faster because they are SUPER SOFT and powdery but if you want the process to be quicker, just chew them up or break them into pieces if you swallow them. This happens EVERY DAMN TIME people get something they arent used to, so they take the pill then sit there over thinking it and they tell themselves its not as good....Ive taken EVERY BRAND of 30s, 15s, 20s and 10s at some point and they all are the same except they differ depending on how hard or soft they are and absorb differently depending on if i had an empty stomach or if i had eaten, etc. So stop crying and take your meds...the active ingredient is the same and regulated to be close enough to the same in each that you wouldnt be able to notice anyways. Smh....good lord...
I just filled my script for oxy 30 mg and they gave me white pills with a 114 on one side and a line across the other side. They do not work as well as the blue ones with the v on them. What is the difference between the two?I have chronic pancreatitus and a degenerative disc in my back and have been on pain killers for over ten years and I don't understand why the change in the pills. Aren't they supposed to be the same strength by FDA laws?
There are a few different blue Oxycodone tablets on the market, so I can't really single out one over another as far as comparing them goes, unless you are able to provide me with an imprint for the blue tablet as well.
If the blue pill that you are referring to is the same dosage as the white pill and they are simply manufactured by different companies, then it is clear to me that the only true difference between the pills is possibly the binders or fillers in each tablet (also known as inactive ingredients).
Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. Because everyone is different, your body may agree with one medication over the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themselves.
When you switch brand names, the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it.
I hope this helps!
i just got them im curious myself
The white round tablet with 114 and a score line below it is a 30 mg oxycodone it is twice as thick as the blue one's and nearly 3 times bigger in diameter and is made by mylan company. There are other meds with the same number but all of them are shaped different or a different color. I hope this helps because there is more and more of these going to be Dispersed and a lot of people who will be questioning if they are legitimate, they are real but it takes longer for them to release the medication so it will take longer to get relief.
This is what people want to know. The white pills are s*** compared to the blue ones. They have the same amount of active meds if they are both 30mg, but they suck. You will be stuck with them. Blues and greens have no replacement. THIS is what people want to know. Let me confirm your suspicions and fears. They suck.
Since Oxycodone is a generic medication and there are several blue tablets on the market, from different manufacturers, you may need to be more specific to get the answer you are seeking.
The tablet with the 114 marking contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone that is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

What are the markings on the blue tablet you're talking about?
They are the same Milan uses a different buffer on them but they are the same the vs witch are blue and have a v on it are the strongest cause they use less buffer and more oxycodone and they are instant relief hope this helps
Thanks for the info on 114 Milan oxy I could not determine what the difference was with them they seemed weaker but I knew that was not so. I could taste salt in them. The person stated they took longer to take affect now I get it.
Well said. They are all the same. If they seemed weaker it is definitely a mental thing. I have also taken all brands and they all work close to the same. Now if.your a fiend then they probably seem weaker.
I have the 114 and they seem.stronger to me.They are harder than most and take a little.longer to work but they last longer.
I disagree. I've been on the blue ones for 11 years n this is first time I got white ones. They take a little longer to take affect but they last longer at the same time. Both the white n the blue's active ingredient is 30MG of oxycodone so no matter how you look at it it's same dosage of pain relief. The extra fillers in white ones is the difference
That's just flat out not true, LOL. Think about what you are saying.. you're attempting to make a statement (falsely at that) based on zero evidence which would SEVERELY impact all pharmaceutical users in the USA. If 66% of the active ingriedent (aka oxycodone in this case) is the lowest requirement by the FDA, that leaves a 34% variance rate... which would NEVER be acceptable to even any big pharma company (my family owned one before selling it) when running diagnostics pre-FDA evaluations for potency and variance level within the drug, let alone FDA regulations themselves. I'm not 100% sure, and if somebody can please find a source to cite for the exact ratio that would help, but I believe the variance ratio between different roxy manufacturing companies is something like 1.5% or .5% difference in ratio between active ingredient (oxy) & binders (salt, calcium etc.). If every patient were legally being prescribed by their doctors and filled at their local pharmacy had a 34% variance rate, there would be a catastrophic amount of underdoses or overdoses due to people having to guess each pill's potency. They are all the same, tell yourself that mentally and you won't feel a difference. If not, fill your script at a different pharmacy next time and ask them what manufacturer they will be filling with if it matters that much to you (would be a massive waste of time imo).
No they are not the same as far as the fillers go they are dangerous to the digestive system for some people
What are the small white pills, with 114 on one side and a capital R on the other plz?
Yes all of you are correct because some people abuse them. Yes they are different in the way it is absorbsed but the ingriedients are the same or the fda would not have approved them or there would be thousands of legal cases and the pharmacies could not even sell them on the market, and yes it is all mental.
Do you have a source??? ...or just something you've "heard"?
Thank you for justing keeping it 100 and bluntly telling everyone the answer. Pretty much is. It'll do the trick but they're shaqs and the blues are jordans lol.
The white ones are the one's that actually work. The blue ones are generic.
