Is it okay to take Losartan100 mg, and 50mg Atenolol? What time of day should each be taken? I also take requip. Is there any interaction with Losartin or Atenolol?

Hello, Nancy! How are you?

If your doctor has prescribed both the Atenolol and Losartan for you and are monitoring you, it should be fine. Multiple blood pressure/cardiac medications are often prescribe, if someone has high blood pressure that may put them in danger, or to get better control of a cardiac condition. Typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and increased urination.

And I didn't find any interactions listed between them, but its always best to double check such information to be certain.

Requip is listed as being most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and RLS. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache and increased sweating.

Is there anything else I can help with?
