hi good day and happy new year gusto ko po sanang tumaba po ng mdyu pero d po aku masyadong tumataba. gusto kung mag take ng ganito im 21 years old male anu po yung para sakin? need suggest plss... at anung para sa babae naman po? dalawa kasi kami mag tatake ng gf q ng appebon anung appepbon para samin need suggest plsss...:)....
