I cannot confirm what it is without the imprints from the capsule and tablet in question. It is the imprints which identify the medication, dosage and manufacturer. If you post back with this information, I will gladly look it up for you to see what it is.

Cymbalta contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, it is an SSNRI antidepressant.

Common side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and insomnia.
