what is the number one source that (APO/que400) prescribed for. I've read several things like it is used as an antiinflammatory, Osteoporosis and other reasons for being prescribed. Also one website states the name brand is Etodolac. Is this information correct and please state to me the NAME BRAND. I would appreciate an answer as soon as you can get me the correct information. No, you have the wrong identification for this tablet. An oblong, yellow tablet with APO on one side and QUE400 on the other contains 400mgs of Quetiapine, which is an atypical antipsychotic. The brand name for it in the U.S. is Seroquel.
