it is a white pill, circular, it is scored on one side the other side only says APO 200 no scoring on the side with the imprints

Apotex Corp lists this tablet as containing 200mgs of Carbamazepine, which is an anticonvulsant that is most commonly used to treat, or prevent seizures caused by epilepsy.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.
