Yes, your stressing and worrying about it could definitely be making it worse, that's pretty much true of any situation.

Lowering by 1mg a month isn't a tremendous amount and is a very slow taper, so while you may notice some mild withdrawal effects, there shouldn't be any major problems.

What dosage where you taking?
