Any Substitute Medicine For Prolomet Xl 25

Doctor had prescribed me prolomet xl 25, i was taking the same. But this medicine is not avialable on stores from last 15 days. So, pls sugest me any substitute of this.

The active ingredient in this medication is Metoprolol in a time released formulation, so an equivalent medication would contain the same active ingredient.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
