Antibiotics Probiotics Amoxicillin Thrush

I take a very high quality probiotic that kept away thrush, I then was prescribed amoxicillin after I had suffered a few days of a flu, so I stopped my probiotics for the length of the antibiotics. The thrush has returned. I've completed the antibiotics, had enough for 1 weeks dosage. I've upped my probiotic & am eating extremely healthy, should the thrush clear up. I suffered with it for almost 3 years then these probiotics did clear it up. I'm in a lot of pain please help.

Antibiotics can cause thrush, as a side effect and stopping the probiotic while taking them may have allowed it to get out of control, again. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Have you consulted your doctor? You'll most likely need an antifungal medication to clear it up.
