please provide name of antibiotic tablet for viral fever. bcause i have suffering from viral fever last 4 days. and occuring pain to all body joints. please provide suitable names of antibiotic tablets.so i can feel good.

My child is 2yrs7month he was suffering from viral fever last 24hrs I give pcm syp but no change tem go upto 102 °f what can I do plz suggest

My child age is 3 year .she has a fever continuesly 102 F for 9 hrs .I have gives paracetamol syrups two times but no change in condition.please give me another medicine name for temporary relief.

I think that antibiotics are not for a virus but only for bacteria.
