Antibiotics And False Positives

MY SON WAS TESTED AND CAME BACK POSITIVE FOR OPIATES WHEN TAKING CEFUROXIME. IS THIS POSSIBLE? IT RUNS IN THE PEINCILLIN FAMILY, BUT EVERYONE SAYS IT ISN'T AN OPIATE. THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY DRUG THAT COULD HAVE TESTED POSITIVE AS AN OPIATE. Please HElP!
