Antibiotic Syrup For Viral Fever

My daughter is 7 yrs old, she is 32kgs in weight. For the past 24hrs she has been getting high temperatures with chills, throat pain, headache and nausea. I have used P250 and Mefthal for severe fever. The fever is subsiding and after a while is recurring. Please suggest a suitable antibiotic along with what I am using. Thank you.
