I noticed after using this for a severe upper respiratory infection i have had nothing but problems. I have had irregular bleeding and I'm not on any type of birth control and my cycles have always been regular. I also have been having pains in both of my hips expesully when I try to jog. I would not recommend this medicine to anyone it's horrible.

Those can be side effects of this medication, as reported by the NIH, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
Such side effects are usually transient and will go away, within a week or two of finishing your course of treatment.
