Antibiotic For Viral Fever

I am having severe body pain along with the pain at each of the joint of my body since past 2 days. I had a test for Thyroid, Blood sugar, Dengue. Reports are normal and Dengue is negative. Doctor prescribed painkiller along with antibiotics for throat infection and I am taking since past two days. I am basically a doctor and suspect this to be viral fever / Malaria. What medication would you suggest for my body pain and fever?
