i had very bad reaction to this drug always been okay with antibiotics eg penicillin

I was given the same drug by a dentist now have c.difficile. It causes severe diarrhea & if you google it you'll be amazed at all the people who've had the same problems. It's one scary drug. If I would've known then what I know now I wouldn't have ever taken it, nor will I ever take again! It's dangerous!

Cephalexin is an antibiotic and it is fairly common for people to be able to use several, then suddenly have a bad reaction to one.

Have you made sure that the fact that you have a problem with it is listed in your medical records and listed with your pharmacy?
