Anaerobyl 400 For Painful Ceaserian

I have three post ceaserian sections last one was 11 months ago. I have bee. experiencing excruciating pain for 2 months now. it hurts when. I have intercourse. I can t bend over or make fast movements. my feet get swollen and painful too. I received betaprofen and anaerobyl 400. I'm not sure what they are for. Please help

The Betaprofen is used to help relieve pain, fever and swelling, while the Anerobyl is an antibiotic.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
