For someone with artificial knees how and what are the directions for taking ampicilina 500 mg?

This is an antibiotic, so there are no special instructions for taking it, when one has knee replacements. You should follow whatever instructions your doctor has provided.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
