Amphetamines False Positive Drug Test Ranitidine

I am in the hospital currently for lung probs. The problem is I came up positive for methamphetamine. I take a multitude of meds..i have heard ranitidine (zantac) can cause you to fail a urine analysis. Is this true? Please help me with any information whatsoever. Thanks very much for all your help with this matter.

Yes it does
I've never touch that in my life and we'd my drug test came up the same
My doc just put me on Ranitidine 150 3 times a day and NOW it comes up methamphetamine positive
