Amphetamine Mal

I recently got my rx for Adderall filled at Walmart . This pill is white with a m on one side and a 20 on the other. I always got one that stated Amphetamine/salt combo and this one is different and I don't feel like its the same, I am not having the same reaction I did with the peach colored pill I don't feel focused at all can you tell me why?

How long have been taking this new one?

There can some slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, so that may be what's causing the problem. It usually takes about a week for your body to adjust.
