Amoxicillin Very Bad Headache

I'm having really really bad headaches. I'm taking the med because of an infection. If I continue to take it will I be OK?

The FDA does list headaches as being a possible side effect of this medication, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, if the headaches are severe, you should consult your doctor, there may be something else that's causing them, or you may need to try a different antibiotic.
