Amoxicillin Pregnant

Hi my name is Joelle, I am 6 weeks pregnant.. my 1st infection (vaginal) started 1 week back..I had high fever so the next I started amoxicllin 500 twice daily and panadol one tablet every 6 hours.. after few days started another infection (sinus) I was using the amoxicillin and panadol one tab every 4 hours as recomended but because the cough got worst the Dr. Advised me today to take 1000mg three times daily and panadol 2 tabs every 3hours.. I am a afraid it's a high dose? I'm having diarrhea since I started amoxicillin (told my Dr.) Please help

It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.

Has there been any change?
