Amoxicillin Headaches (maybe)

I'd been having headaches for a month they tended to start in my nose and then above my eyebrows before turning into a proper headache so went to the doctors and they thought I had a sinus issue, I've been on them for 7 days finish my course tonight. However I've had two days,one today and one the day before yesterday where I've had bad headaches but the symptoms of sinus infections have gone,is this due to the antibiotics or another issue? Should I go back? I'm also on the pill so could it be that?

It's actually hard to say, the headaches can be a side effect of taking the antibiotic, as reported by the FDA, they can also be a symptom of a sinus infection, or it could be something entirely unrelated to both.

So yes, it would be best to consult your doctor, again, to be safe.
