Amoxicillin Headache Bad

I have been takinng amoxicillin for my wisdom teeth surgery. I have been getting really bad headaches. Is this normal will it go away when I stop taking it ? I'm very uncomfortable

Yes, that can be a side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

They should go away, but it may take a week, or so, after you finish your course of treatment. However, if they get worse, or don't go away, you should consult your doctor.
