How long does amoxicillin remain in your system? I started it on Dec 17th for a sinus infection. I took another pill this morning Dec 18th. Will it be out by wednesday? I want to get a nose piercing but can't until it's out of my system.

An antibiotic shouldn't cause a problem with your ability to get a piercing, as a matter of fact, this one is often prescribed to prevent a piercing become infected, or to treat one that becomes infected.
Who told you otherwise?
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
As a matter of fact, my doctor prescribed this to me to ensure I didn't contract an infection from my navel piercing, since I'm a heart patient.
