I didn't find any problems or interactions listed and they are often prescribed together to treat such conditions. Though you should only take them, if they have been prescribed for you.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

The typical steroid side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, irritability and acne.
