Amoxicillin And Levothyroxine

I take levothyroxine first thing in the morning. I know I can't take liquid iron (ferrous glutamate) until four hours after the levothyroxine, but when do I start taking the amoxicillin, which I'm prescribed to take four times a day?

Usually, unless instructed otherwise, these medications should be taken (the levothyroxine and Amoxicillin) an hour apart.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
