Amox Tr K Clv 875 125 Mg Tabbed Coldness Cold

I have been taking this for five days with no relief from head cold and now seems to be going to my chest. Should I go back to the doctor?

This is an antibiotic and it will not do anything to treat a cold. It is only effective at treating bacterial infections, but colds are caused by viruses.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

If your doctor prescribed it for you to take for a cold, it may have been to prevent an infection from developing, or to treat an existing one that the cold may have caused, such as a sinus infection, but as I said, it will not do anything to treat the cold itself.

Thus yes, if you feel that you are getting worse, please consult your doctor, again.
