Are you saying that's a side effect that you're experiencing?
This is an antibiotic that's used to treat or prevent bacterial infections and its normal side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
Severe pain is definitely not a normal side effect and is something you should speak to your doctor about.
