Hi, Matty! I didn't find any interactions listed between these medications, but you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain.
However, The Amox TR K CLV will not relieve pain, that is an antibiotic that can help eradicate a bacterial infection, but that is all they will do.

And you should see your dentist, because if these are leftover tablets from treating another infection, you may not have enough to finish a full course of treatment to fully eradicate the infection, which creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.
Additionally, if you don't have the problem with the tooth corrected, the infection will just recur.
