Twice in the last year I have been prescribed this for a sinus infection. Unfortunately both times i vomited several times a day. Both times doctors called in a different rx. Right now i'm in between jobs and don't have insurance. The rx's are still current and i know i have another sinus infection. If I cut the pill in half, would that help with the vomiting?

It might, and they can be cut, if your doctor approves.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, headache, and non-allergic skin rash.
However, it is always best to take the full dosage, as the nausea should pass, once you finish the course of the medication.
