The ingredients in this are Amoxicillin and Clavulanic Acid, it's a generic for Augmentin and is an antibiotic that's used to treat various types of infections, so this one is in the Penicillin class of antibiotics.
That doesn't mean you may not have another allergy problem, there's no way I can know that, but it is a completely different type.
Common side effects to it may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
