No, that's not normal. Antibiotics can sometimes cause discoloration of the stools, such as making them green or clay colored, along with other side effects as listed by the FDA, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
However, black is not normal and, in many cases, signifies bleeding somewhere in the intestinal tract. Thus, it would best to have this checked out by your doctor immediately.
