A topical cream that combines Ketorolac, which is an NSAID, and Amitriptyline, which is a TCA, is most commonly used for pain relief. Since it is used topically, the FDA lists the most common side effects as being related to that and they may possibly include skin burning, redness and rash.

This should not be taken internally, it is for topical use, only.
