This is a dietary supplement that contains Zinc and Echinacea, both of which are commonly believed to help with immune support and to shorten the duration of a cold. It does cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency, according to FDA warnings.

It is normal for a supplement to have no markings, since it is available over the counter and the FDA does not require OTC products to have markings on them.

Is there anything I can help with?
